No, the PoweXL Slimline does not have a grill function. Also, it does not come with a grill plate, making it hard to grill anything.

The temperature reaches 400° F, which is hot enough to cook most meat cuts. Although your steaks will not have nice char or sear marks, you can still cook them perfectly on this air fryer. 

Also, remember to choose the right preset or set the time and temperature manually. Around 4 to 5 minutes per side should be perfect for getting a nice medium rare. But do not expect to get the same results you would get when using a dedicated grill.
